The Big Picture
Father first, geek second, if I am not telling bad jokes or playing video games with my two sons, then I am chasing down the next coolest thing in code. I have been using Angular since it was still in beta almost ten years ago, but I have over 18 years of experience in software development in general. All of this is also augmented with a wide-breadth of exposure to various disciplines in project management.
While my strongest offerings in development include Angular and Node.js for feature-rich web applications, I also offer an array of other services that exemplifies my experience with other languages like PHP, with a focus on content management systems like WordPress. Additionally, after working with AWS’s cloud architecture for over a decade, I am capable of developing and deploying everything from simple elegant websites to robust applications that are complete, resilient, cost effective and tailored for modern cloud environments.
In terms of fulfilling specifications, I have a strong background in interactive media design as well, and I have a penchant for compelling narratives. To this end I rooted myself in visual communication and storytelling early in my career, sharpening my ability to detect even the smallest imperfections while also ensuring I account for the many ways a web application may be displayed across different platforms. With this experience I have also honed my ability to work collaboratively across different development and UX teams to ensure alignment with the overarching objectives. What’s more, I am adept at configuring high-performance APIs to handle asynchronous requests and have a wealth of experience tailoring front-end components for diverse client needs. This ensures that the final result remains responsive and reliable for your visitors with an interface that’s dynamic with a pleasant user experience, aligning with the overall objective.
